حفظت ملف يدويّا

في منظرة, يحفظ طريق أن [بك-وب] أو محات مواد قديمة, مثل بريد إلكترونيّ رسائل, تعيينات, اتّصالات, مهام, [جوورنل نتري], بطاقات, يعيّن مواد, ووثائق. [أوتوأرشف] [بكس-وب] مواد ل أنت تلقائيّا ب يستعمل إمّا ال [دفولت ستّينغ] أو عمليّة إعداد أنّ أنت تعيّن. مهما, أحيانا أنت أمكن لم يرد أن يقلق حول كلّ من أنّ عمليّة إعداد ومحفوظ صحيحة ملف فرديّة يدويّا.

يدويّا حفظت ملف.

[1.ون] النشاط قائمة الطعام, طقطقة ملف قائمة ميلان إلى جانب.

[2.كليك] الملف أنّ أنت تريد أن يحفظ. في هذا إجراء, الملف يكون يحفظ شبكة من العلاقات بيتيّ.

[3.ون] ال [فيل منو], طقطقة محفوظ.

[4.كليك] واحدة من الخيارات تالي:

حفظت كلّ ملفات إلى هم [أوتوأرشف] عمليّة إعداد يسمح أنت أن يستعمل ك [أوتوأرشف] عمليّة إعداد أن يحفظ البيتيّ شبكة من العلاقات ملف.

حفظت هذا ملف ويسمح [ألّ ث] [سوبفولدرس] أنت أن يحفظ البيتيّة شبكة من العلاقات ملف يستعمل الخيارات يتوفّر في المحفوظ [ديلوغ بوإكس].

يختار [5.ين] المحفوظ مواد قديمة من قائمة ميلان إلى جانب, تاريخ من التاريخ مقطفة. في هذا مثال, حفظت مواد في الملف يخلق قبل يناير - كانون الثّاني 19, 2004….
